Today's technology makes it possible to monitor for asbestos, keep asbestos exposure below permissible limits, and remove the hazard. It protects the health of many people who would otherwise be exposed. Asbestos material that is disturbed by handling, hitting, rubbing, or exposed to airflow or extreme vibration can be hazardous.

It is important to limit access to any area where there is damaged asbestos. Also, do not touch or disturb the material any further. If damaged asbestos is suspected people are educated to contact their local environmental or public health officials for the proper testing and removal procedure. It is important for people to test for asbestos before remodeling. Unless there is specific labeling, they should know that they cannot identify asbestos by looking at it. It is recommended to have a professional test for asbestos. If sampling is not done correctly it can create a larger hazard by releasing asbestos fibers into the air. Only material that is actually going to be disturbed needs to be tested. As you can see the most important fact stated about asbestos is to leave it alone. Precautions need to be made to avoid disturbing asbestos containing materials, and testing and removal needs to be done by professionals.

I contacted 7 asbestos removal companies and Warren gave me the best price and continued to keep in touch and answered every question I had, even the silly ones. I would recommend this company as they are quick, professional, and accommodating.
For those curious about my situation, I had asbestos tiles in my basement and I had removed a few while renovating and once I learned what type of tiles they were I called to see if I needed to remove them. - I sent out a few inquiries for asbestos removal in the old basement of my retail store which was ridden with asbestos pipe covering. Warren promptly replied and offered to drive across the city to come assess the situation and provide me with an estimate. He explained in detail exactly how he and his team would tackle the problem and answered all the questions I had about the job. On the day of the job he and his team were on time, very friendly and professional. We carried on normal operations in the store and never could have guessed that there was work going on in the basement. The job was completed in a single day, and a post asbestos remediation verification performed by different independent company the next day showed that the air was safe and all the asbestos was gone.
